These general charges for Trade Waste have been determined in accordance with Council's Trade Waste Environmental Management Plan. This plan is based on the D.P.I. model Trade Waste Policy and the National Strategy on Trade Waste Management.

Laboratory Charges as per Council's Budget Resolution

 

  • The conditions of licence for Trade Waste Generators will be as per Council's approved Trade Waste Policy. The categories to which the licence's or legal agreements are assigned will be outlined in Council's Trade Waste Policy.
  • Any discharge of Liquid Trade Waste that complies with Council's Trade Waste Policy, but exceeds Category 1 base levels for volume or strength will be charged as per the excess fee structure as adopted in Council's Budget Resolution.
