Our Customer Service Standards

Ipswich Water operates and maintains extensive infrastructure in our endeavour to provide the highest level of wastewater services to ensure public health and environmental protection.

Ipswich Water will endeavour to:

meet the highest quality environmental standards;
keep odours to an absolute minimum through taking great care in operating our wastewater system;
respond to blockages in our sewerage systems within three hours in most cases; and
clean up incidences as quickly as possible in the unfortunate event of a sewerage overflow to ensure minimal environmental damage and inconvenience.
