Ipswich Water provides water supply services to properties throughout Ipswich City where a suitable water supply system is available and ensures reliable maintenance of these services and their meters.

Our water supply system is operated and maintained on a 24 hour basis to provide reliable, quality water services to our broad and valued customer base. This means we provide 24 hour, 7 days a week, non-stop customer service for customer enquiries and water supply issues.
